Help Ahead is for anyone under 18 looking for mental health and well-being services in Toronto, in both English or French, or for anyone looking to support a child or youth aged 0-18 and their family in accessing local services or programs.

Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. EST
Saturday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST

What’s Up Walk-In counselling sessions are accessed by calling us. They are available, free of charge, by phone and video. Sessions are for children, youth, and young adults up to age 29 and for families with infants.
